First, we need to figure out what MTS is. MTS is the file extension of AVCHD file. And AVCHD is widely used on digital camcorders such as Sony, Panasonic, Canon, and JVC. It is not a common video format on a computer or other mobile device because it is designed especially for HD camcorders. So, this is the reason why Sue can’t play JVC Everio Camcorder videos on the computer.

Second, in order to play JVC Everio Videos on the computer, we need to convert AVCHD to other formats that can be accepted by mainstream video players.
